Nice to meet you!

Bonjour, I’m Alix!

Like many coaches, I came to coaching after having experienced it as a client. I was contemplating my next adventure and found the experience powerful and inspiring. As I explored my interests and possibilities, a theme that emerged loud and clear was my passion for helping others experience "a-ha" moments, moments of insight and awareness that lead to growth. The work of a coach strongly resonated with me and I decided to leave the tech industry and start on a new professional path.

It is a privilege to provide a sounding board and act as a catalyst for personal growth. Sometimes clients are looking for clarity, about themselves and their goals. Sometimes they have a clear goal and want help getting unstuck or moving forward faster. Sometimes it's about balance. I have helped clients discover their true passion, design a more fulfilling life, create new habits, foster their creative side, get more focused, get organized, find work life balance, manage their time, manage transitions in their personal and professional lives.

I have had many lives and have experienced numerous personal and professional challenges and transitions. I have lived in France, New England and Silicon Valley. I have worked with a range of organizations from early stage start-ups to multi-national corporations, as well as non-profit organizations. In the tech industry, my roles have included software engineering, product marketing, community building, developer relations and early stage startup consulting. Creativity is a very important part of my life through music and improv.

I am fluent in French and English and happy to coach in either language. I hold an MBA from Harvard Business School, an A.B. from Harvard College, a Certificate in Coaching from UC Davis and a PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am a Designing Your Life Certified Coach and am trained in the Immunity to Change method. I work to provide evidence based coaching to my clients and deepen my training on an ongoing basis through the Institute of Coaching, the ICF and other educational and professional development organizations.

Most of all, what you need to know about me is that I love coaching! Not only does it combine analytical and creative work, it is meaningful work: how wonderful to partner with clients on their own self exploration and growth journey. I can’t wait to meet you and hear more about how you think coaching could make a difference in your life.
