My Coaching Style
I use a highly individualized evidence-based whole person approach. My style is flexible, warm and playful.
My clients gain clarity through new insights and deeper self awareness. I also help bring focus and an energized calm with defined goals, actionable steps and accountability. Coaching is an opportunity for personal growth and discovery and I believe it's essential to tailor it to your preferences. My process involves an individualized plan, customized tools and resources based on your goals and how you would like us to work together. When appropriate, I offer exercises from the fields of improv, mindfulness and self-compassion. I am a Designing Your Life Certified Coach, which uses a design thinking approach. I am also trained in the Immunity to Change method, which helps uncover what might be holding you back and how to move forward.
I provide a safe and supportive space for deep work and exploration, while also keeping things engaging. Testimonials from some of my coaching clients are posted on my home page.
1-1 Sessions
Individual coaching sessions take place virtually via Zoom. Sessions are typically 50 minutes long and take place every other week but some clients prefer weekly shorter 30 minute sessions.
Before we start working together, we’ll have an initial call to go over what you’re looking for, what I offer and answer your questions. You will also have the option to experience a laser coaching session.
If we choose to move forward after the discovery step, we will create a coaching agreement based on your needs and preferences.
